BY AWARENESS of life we are inspired to live.
Life is consciousness of life itself.
The meas toure of your life is the amount of beauty and happiness of which you are aware.

There is no cosmetic for beauty like happiness - Lady Blessington.
Don't sell your soul..
Chase your dreams without sacrificing your happiness - Victor Ayobami 'Leke.
The human pursuit of happiness is one of the most common human searches, but it tends to be an elusive goal as well.
Luckily for us, the experience of "happiness" can actually take many forms and result from a variety of behaviors and life circumstances.
One has to spend so many years in learning how to be happy but rather than directed at a static end goal, this learning is a dynamic recalibration of our very definition of happiness as we move through different life-stages.
Happiness - it is literally a choice we individually make, moment to moment.
It's great to hold outside circumstances responsible for our level of happiness - how much money is in the bank, whether we live in a mansion, whether we have the right car - but the truth is, you are the only one who can decide to be happy or unhappy in any situation.
Happiness is literally a choice. Your choice.

Happiness comes from within - We hear this statement all the time, and it's predicated on the belief that if you dig deep enough into yourself, you will figure out who you are and everything else will fall into place.
While I agree with the overall message in that you are responsible for your choices, it has become increasingly apparent to me that happiness comes from "with" as much as it comes from "within."
Regardless of what anyone has told you about what it takes to be happy, no matter what you have decided you must have in order to be happy, your happiness is your choice.
Consider perhaps that the fulfillment you seek is, in fact, not outside of you in some "destination" but rather, inside of you.
And, it's been with you all along, but it's just been covered up. You don't have to look far to discover the joy you are looking for.

Happiness is not a destination. It is a method of life - Burton Hills.
Perhaps the greatest paradox of human life is that although happiness is the most universal of our longings, it is unobtainable by striving.
Happiness is not something to be pursued, it is something to be discovered and recognized.
Indeed, when we place conditions on our happiness, we will always find something wrong. When we focus not on what's lacking and rather on all that we do have, happiness finds us.
The hardest truth to grasp about happiness is also the most promising: It can be experienced each day regardless of your current lot in life.
As Thomas Kinkade once said, "True simplicity begins when you learn to enjoy the amazing abundance of what is already yours."
If you want to craft a life you do not need to escape from, you can do so. It may require you to change your mindset, your pursuits, or where you focus your energy, but it is always worth it.

There is only one thing that really, truly matters and that is - your happiness, your passion for this life and your hunger for a contented heart - Victor Ayobami 'Leke.
But, there is a lingering belief out there that obtaining material possessions is the key to happiness.
Sure, this may be true, but that happiness is temporary. The truth is that happiness is an inside job.
What gives you lasting happiness is not the stuff you have but the use you make of it.
If you want to be happy, study happiness.
It's a matter of perspective, and in a world where we are constantly made to feel like we are lacking and always 'wanting' more, it can be difficult to achieve or experience actual happiness.
Many of us are always looking toward external factors to experience joy and happiness, when really it's all related to internal work.
Many of us think that to be happy one needs to own a lot of stuff, especially stuff that is expensive.

Advertising has fooled us into believing that happiness is to be found in material objects, and unless we possess a lot of them, we will not be able to live in joy just the way we are.
But, no matter how many possessions we have, we still feel thirsty for more, simply because the acquirement of material objects cannot satisfy our emotional needs.
What we truly need in order to be happy is to form intimate relationships with others, to pursue our passions, to develop a mindful attitude and be grateful for the gifts that existence has offered us - and no amount of money can buy us any of these.
In this life, life is represented by beauty and happiness.
If you are completely unaware of them you are not alive.
The times when you are not aware of beauty and happiness you are not alive.

Our meaning of happiness is constantly shaped and reshaped by small choices we make every day.
Hence, the secret of happiness is arguably humanity's longest-standing fixation, and its mechanisms are among the most consuming obsessions of modern science.
With the world at your feet, the turns that you should take along the way depend on what you are at the outset and on what you become as the journey lengthens.
Remember - At the end of the day, what you desire most in life only you can give to yourself. You already have everything. Right inside. Feel your heart. Point at your chest. There. That's where happiness is.
We spend all this time looking for something we can't see because it's not there. The outside world is only as good as what you do with everything that happens in it. Are you cultivating your experiences?
If not, it's not fuel or oxygen that's missing. Only you can relight that fire because it rests deep inside.
Choose to kindle that flame. Protect it.
Hold up its light.
And let it shine for everyone to see.
